Prenatal yoga is a valuable, low-impact exercise that enhances both physical and mental well-being, helps alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and most importantly, prepares the body and mind for the experience of labor and delivery. One should must do Prenatal Yoga (2-3 times/week). 

Postnatal yoga is important because it supports new mothers' holistic recovery, addressing physical healing while also promoting crucial emotional and mental well-being. It offers a safe, low-intensity way to regain strength and find balance during the transition to motherhood. One should do Postnatal Yoga for 1 to 3 months (2-3 times/week) before jumping in to normal exercises. 

Schedule:
➡️ Private sessions (1 or 2 participants) by appointments only
(deciding weekly fixed time would be preferable)


PRICES:

classes 2-3 times/week

1 participant:

$70/class - 1 class (validity 1 month from the time of purchased)

$60/class - $480/8 classes prepaid (validity 1 month from the time 1st class attended)

$50/class - $800/16 classes prepaid (validity 2 months from the time 1st class attended)

2 participants:

$45/class/participant - 1 class (validity 1 month from the time of purchased)

$40/class/participant - $640/8 classes prepaid (validity 1 month from the time 1st class attended)

$30/class/participant - $960/16 classes prepaid (validity 2 months from the time 1st class attended)
 

HOW CLASSES LOOKS LIKE:

First 2-3 minutes, we will spend on discussing how you are doing that day/week and based on that you will get a guidance in the class.

  • Includes – Pranayama, face Yoga, eye exercises, head message, stretches, etc.⁠

  • Improves – baby's development, blood circulation, focus, sleep, strength, mind-body awareness, metabolism, etc.

  • Reduces – Stress, Anxiety, Depression, etc.

  • It is Mindful YOGAsanaa and not just body movements.

  • Class Starts and ends with Chanting and Pranayama.

  • Relaxations at the end – Shavasana/Yoga Nidra/Meditation.
     

THINGS THAT YOU NEED:

Yoga mat, pillow/bolster, yoga blocks, yoga strap/dupatta/scarf.

1st time with Mindful YOGAsanaa? Follow these 4 simple rules:

  1. Always bring your attention to your breath and try to your mind to current state.
    If your mind is wondering, while practicing asanas, bring it back to your breath.

  2. Always bring a smile to this class. It’s a prerequisite for this class 😊

  3. When we Breath in – expand your stomach and create more space in your body.
    When we Breath out – pull your navel in and contract your lungs.

  4. Always listen to your body. Do not overdo anything. Do only as much as you can.

    However, at the same time, we will not get lazy and we will try to do 5% more than our limits.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please bring Yoga mat to the class along with your mind, heart and smile 😊
    Please join class zoom meeting 5 mins before time. We will start our class right on time.

  2. Kindly try to join Zoom meeting with your registered name (first name & last name initial) as it helps us identify your presence. Also, mention the number of weeks in to pregnancy.

  3. All classes are live on Zoom. Deepika Metkar will observe participants in all live zoom classes and correct postures or guide when needed.

  4. Keeping Camera on is must.

  5. Please do not share zoom meeting details with anyone. Every participant needs to create their own account and agree to waiver & terms and conditions to enroll for classes.

  6. Every individual has to signup and pay.

  7. Attendance policy: If you are missing a class on a regular timing, please inform 24 hours before to avoid class credit redemption. In case of emergency, you have to inform before class time starts to avoid class credit redemption. 1 emergency/month will be considered.

  8. Once booked, classes are non refundable and non transferable.
