Pause Yoga Classes:
For those who signed up for 12 months Packages, can pause Yoga classes in between twice for up to 3 complete months in total if filled up this form (click here) before month starts and mentioned months. (You can pause complete months and not date to date.)

Gentle - Wake your body with gentle movements. Very slow and mindful.

Hatha - Slower while you focus on alignment and stability with lots of variation of poses.

Yin - Longer holds for deeper stretches to release tension and improve flexibility.

Vinyasa - Dynamic flow includes warm-up, poses, stretches, balance, strength and cardio.

Restorative - Calming stretches to relax your body and mind.

Includes – Pranayama, face Yoga, eye exercises, head message, stretches, bends, twists, balance, inversions, etc.

Improves – Flexibility, blood circulation, posture, focus, sleep, strength, mind-body awareness, metabolism, etc.

Reduces – Stress, Anxiety, Depression, etc.

It is Mindful YOGAsanaa and not just body movements.

1st time with Mindful YOGAsanaa? Follow these 4 simple rules:

Always bring your attention to your breath and try to your mind to current state.
If your mind is wondering, while practicing asanas, bring it back to your breath. -
Always bring a smile to this class. It’s a prerequisite for this class 😊

When we Breath in – expand your stomach and create more space in your body.
When we Breath out – pull your navel in and contract your lungs. -
Always listen to your body. Do not overdo anything. Do only as much as you can.
However, at the same time, we will not get lazy and we will try to do 5% more than our limits.

Please have your Yoga mat for the class along with your mind, heart and smile 😊
Please join class zoom meeting 5 mins before time. We will start our class right on time. -
Kindly try to join Zoom meeting with your registered name (first name & last name initial) as it helps us identify your presence.

You may keep your camera off occasionally when informed; however, keeping it off every day is not allowed.

Please do not share zoom meeting details or recordings with anyone. Every participant needs to create their own account and agree to waiver & terms and conditions to enroll for classes/practice with recordings (including kids).

6am PST class is live on Zoom. Deepika Metkar will observe participants in live zoom classes and correct postures or guide when needed. And this 6am class recording will be provide for 24 hours.

Kids ages under 14 can practice these online yoga classes (parents can help if needed); however every individual has to signup and pay. However these classes are not designed for kids so classes will not be as entertaining as kids' classes.

With 12 months package, you don't have to pay anything extra to participate in SN challenge. With other monthly plans, if you want to participate, $30 will be an additional charges for this challenge.
If in case, you don't want to participate in SN challenge or if you start with SN challenge and don't want to continue for any reason, you can switch to regular yoga live class at 6am PST/recordings.
We do not take sign ups for only Surya Namaskar Challenge. One should at least do one month classes before challenge or should be a physically active person to participate for this challenge.
