Sat   ➡️ Stamina - 24 Sun Salutations (Recording only)

  • Includes – Pranayama, stretches, bends, twists, balance, inversions, face yoga, eye exercises, head message, etc.⁠

  • Improves – Flexibility, mobility, strength, stamina, balance, focus, sleep, posture, metabolism, blood circulation, mind-body awareness, etc.

  • Reduces – Stress, anxiety, depression, etc.

  • It is Mindful YOGAsanaa and not just body movements.

  • Class Starts and ends with Chanting and Pranayama.

  • Relaxations at the end – Shavasana/Yoga Nidra/Meditation/Mindfulness

1st time with Mindful YOGAsanaa? Follow these 4 simple rules:

  1. Always bring your attention to your breath and try to your mind to current state.
    If your mind is wondering, while practicing asanas, bring it back to your breath.

  2. Always bring a smile to this class. It’s a prerequisite for this class 😊

  3. When we Breath in – expand your stomach and create more space in your body.
    When we Breath out – pull your navel in and contract your lungs.

  4. Always listen to your body. Do not overdo anything. Do only as much as you can.

    However, at the same time, we will not get lazy and we will try to do 5% more than our limits.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please have your Yoga mat for the class along with your mind, heart and smile 😊
    Please join class zoom meeting 5 mins before time. We will start our class right on time.

  2. Kindly try to join Zoom meeting with your registered name (first name & last name initial) as it helps us identify your presence.

  3. You may keep your camera off occasionally when informed; however, keeping it off every day is not allowed.

  4. Please do not share zoom meeting details or recordings with anyone. Every participant needs to create their own account and agree to waiver & terms and conditions to enroll for classes/practice with recordings (including kids).

  5. All classes are on Zoom. Deepika Metkar will observe participants and guide them when needed. 6am live class is recorded (only instructor's view is recorded) and that recording will be provided.

  7. Kids ages under 14 can practice these online yoga classes (parents can help if needed); however every individual has to signup and pay. However these classes are not designed for kids so classes will not be as entertaining as kids' classes.

  8. Every individual has to signup and pay.

  9. Once booked, it is non refundable and non transferable.

If in case, you don't want to participate in SN challenge or if you start with SN challenge and don't want to continue for any reason, you can switch to regular yoga classes/recordings.
We do not take sign ups for only Surya Namaskar Challenge. One should at least do one month classes before challenge or should be a physically active person to participate for this challenge.
