9:30am to 12:30pm  $55/day
12:30pm to 3:30pm  $55/day

9:30am to 3:30pm   $80/day
9:30am to 5:30pm   $105/day
$3/day - Yoga mat rental (if you need one)

1:30pm   - Mandala Art - with an Artist Ana
2:30pm  - Nature Walk/Mindful observations
3:30pm  - snack time
3:45pm  - Games/Play time
4:30pm - Relaxing Yoga, Pranayama/Mindful Breathing and Reading time

  • Includes – Chants, pranayama, eye exercises, stretches, bends, twists, balance, inversions, shavasana, Yog Nidra, Meditation, etc.⁠
  • Improves – Flexibility, blood circulation, posture, focus, sleep, strength, mind-body awareness, metabolism, etc.

  • Reduces – Stress, Anxiety, Depression, etc.

  • It is Mindful YOGAsanaa and not just body movements.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please bring Yoga mat, notebook, pen/pencil along with your mind, heart and smile 😊

  2. Please reach at the location no more than 5-10 minutes before the class. We will start our class right on time.

  3. Once booked, classes are non refundable and non transferable.
